IT'S A SHEEP!!!!!!! I love sheep! That sign is so sad, I've never had a Gucci sweater and I never will. I love sheep, they are so adorable!!!!!

Love the sign. :)
Could pass as a public service announcement.

Damn - nobody taught me that! No Gucci in this house - just live dog hair and the Louis speedy. :{

Awwww....poor little sheep....never had a Gucci sweater either....wool makes me itch anyways!!!

Somehow this has no impact on me..they cut the sheeps wools they dont turn the little buggers inside out and wear the skins,,,,,wonder if the maker of the signs children ever had a haircut? Now leather would be a different thing.

hmm not leather,, kidskin boots...that would make more sense.

Gucci makes sweaters too. Not that I would buy them, but they are out there.

ha ha ha!!!

I didn't know they were made from sheep...glad I've never had one cuz I LOVE all animals...and trees!!!!! I'm gona have to spread the word on this one.

NO MORE GUCCI.....NO MORE GUCCI.....NO MORE GUCCI.....NO MORE GUCCI......

what about all the other clothing brands that use sheep's wool? I'm sure that Gucci can't be the only one...

I love that sign. Parents should teach their childern where alot of things come from let alone a Gucci sweater.

Come here, poor sheep.

What, do they kill the sheep or something? I thought they just shaved it....Like what has been done for hundreds of years to make wool? Am I wrong?

And to think that I actually wanted to buy something at Gucci while I was in Paris.... tisk, tisk Angela!! (Obviously that last little "tisk, tisk" thing was to myself.)

~~Warning! Critter-kissing Vegan's post!~~
Right, nothing wrong with wool, IF the lil baa baa's are treated kindly, and kept healthy n happy in a nice green pasture, I think. BOOOOOOOO!!!! to filthy, deplorable (any kind of) animal mass-production 'farms' though!! >:c I say YAY! Stella McCartney, as designers go. :) Personally, I won't support any celebrity if I know they wear fur (or hunt for SPORT alone, not food). ex: JLo, Beyonce... even Cher, whom I think I'd probably LIKE if I ever hung out with her!... and just one more thing... My Mum taught elementary school for years, tho not a vegetarian, she always took it upon herself to do a unit on where our food, and other products come from. You all would be SHOCKED at how many 3rd graders don't know burgers and drumsticks are made from animals. SHOCKED, I tell you!! :O Ok, off my soapbox now. :) I wanna hug the sheepies!!!

Sorry all. I feel really rotten for lecturing. :( Cute, fuzzy creatures bring out the Mama Bear instincts in me, I guess... they're my only kids! :D

its a fan website AND a learning experience.

hmmm you know taking there wool actually doesn't hurt them.. its meant to be done most of the time like in australia every time spring an dsummer comes around the sheep have to be shorn because otherwise they get too hot.. so i don't see anything wrong with it its only bad if the sheep get mistreated like reaaaaallly badle but other than that there nothing wrong with it its good for them to have there coats taken off every now and then..it grows back

why are people worried for the sheep? i don't think they kill them to get wool, they shear them, and if they didn't then the sheep would be relaly unhealthy because hte hair would keep growing and get matted and over heat the animal. so it's GOOD that they make gucci and target sweaters! yay! sheep!

exactly

since when do children have Gucci sweaters? bet that lamb would be nice with some mint sauce. yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

hahaahahha yeah cooked up on the barbeque!!! yum indeed hahaha we're so mean!! but still could go for some nice lamb chops

Robby : Man, I'm getting tired.
John : Maybe you're coming down from your PEZ sugar high.
Mike : Yeah.
Robby : Nah, that's not it.
John : Maybe it's because you've been walking all day.
Mike : Yeah.
Robby : Nah, that's not it.
John : Then why are you tired?
Robby : Because I just started counting the sheep and it does it to me every time.
Mike : Me too!
John : I'm outta here!
Robby : Hey John!
John : Yeah?
Robby : The sheep want you to stay.
John : No they don't.
Robby : Sure they do!
John : What makes you say that?
Robby : Can't you hear them? Come baaaaaaak!
John : If I come back, you're gettin' a poundin' and tossed in that sheep pen.
Robby : I'm second thought, they want you to leave. They are actualy saying, "Go awaaaaaaaaay!

#22; WillworkforGoo...exactly. Shearing the sheep is not an issue. Cute Critters!

A Shearly Amazing Sight :)

haha they don't kill the sheep.. they just shave of their fur..it grows back again...haha..they mean that gucci is good quality

So, where's the picture of the third world country orphan sewing said sweaters, complete with flies clinging to their faces?

  • I love lambs and sheep-they are so adorable! I never ate lamb in all of my days and never will! I don't see the connection in the sign because they shear them for wool like a haircut. Paul and Linda McCartney raised them and Stella was involved in shearing them growing up. They were all vegans like me. They don't skin them or use their hide!

  • well there isn't a picture of a third world country child sewing the sweaters so wouldn't that mean that that wasn't the case with gucci? there fore it really isn't an issue? don't mean this in a mean way sorry if it sounds mean :) peace and love anna banana

  • I guess they come from a sheep's ass????? Might explain why I don't wear Gucci!!!
