Recent storms have significantly damaged the venue grounds, rendering it unsafe for all attendees. Ensuring the safety of our fans and artists is our top priority.

We understand the anticipation and excitement leading up to this event after an 11-month journey, and we share in your disappointment. However, your safety remains paramount.

Refund Procedure:

To process your refund, please follow these steps:

Log in to your Webtickets profile.

Navigate to "My Order History."

Select "Choose Action" and then "Refund Tickets" next to your transaction.

If you paid via EFT, PayFast, or Ozow: You will be prompted to enter your banking details for the refund.

If you paid via Pick n Pay: You will receive a refund voucher to collect your cash refund at any Pick n Pay or Boxer store.
